Axem Receives Funding and Support from Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation

Axem Neurotechnology Inc. is pleased to announce that we were selected as one of the six winning companies in the Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation (CABHI)’s MC² Market Readiness Program. This achievement, highlighted in CABHI’s recent article, is a testament to our dedication to enhancing stroke recovery for older adults.

As detailed in the article "Meet the Finalists of CABHI’s 2020 MC² Market Readiness Program", Axem was recognized for our innovative neurotechnology. Our proprietary system, which consists of a portable functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) device paired with tablet-based software, is designed to measure the brains response to movement training. CABHI's support has been instrumental in our journey, offering us not just funding but access to invaluable resources and a network that will aid in our growth and commercialization.

We are grateful for the recognition and support from CABHI and look forward to continuing our work in revolutionizing at-home rehabilitation for older adults.
